When can I expect my items?
Our products are all one of a kind meaning they are created on demand. All items typically get printed and shipped around 3-6 business days after you order. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or a week or two if shipping internationally. We’ll send you an email when it ships.

We offer cheap and FAST shipping, starting at just $3.99 It's cheaper if you order a bunch of stuff so ya know.... do that!
I didn't receive an order confirmation email after my order?
If you have not received an Order Confirmation Email, please check your Spam Folder. If you're certain you did not receive it, or even if your dog ate it please feel free to contact us.
What is the refund/return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from date of receipt. If you have purchased in the last 30 days you may request a return for the following reasons:
1. Low quality print work or damaged upon delivery.
2. The product is different from what was ordered.
Proof of purchase must be provided. Please provide a clear photo of the problem area for a quick resolution if applicable.
After your return is inspected and approved, we will provide a full refund. The refund will be processed and applied to the method of payment used to make the original order.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes. Our bots travel far and wide to ensure our packages are received around the world.
Can I return or exchange my items?
We do accept returns and exchanges if they meet our criteria listed above in our return policy.
How do I cancel an order?
If you decide you want to cancel an order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number. If we've already sent your order to the printer then we will be unable to cancel as it will already be in the process of printing or shipping.
What is my order number?
You should receive an email with your order number after we receive your order. If you did not receive this email, please check junk or spam folders. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us and provide your name and what you ordered.
How does the sizing work?
Our shirts fit similar to other popular brands like American Apparel.

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ?
We try to ship our orders in as few boxes as possible but sometimes we may have to send your purchase in multiple packages. The benefit of this is you can start wearing your new ThreadBot swag sooner. Don't worry if don't receive all of your items at once , they all will arrive soon!
Shit, I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't guarantee any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand and can't be cancelled once the bots have started. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.
